I am a PhD graduate from the University of Technology Sydney, supervised by Dr Marian-Andrei Rizoiu and Prof Paul McCarthy. My research focused on personality prediction based on social media text and learning the relationship between personality and engagement in job market.

Position at UTS: Elaine completed an Industrial Doctorate Programme (IDP) thesis at UTS, working at the intersection of industry and academia. Her research produced high-impact publications including a paper in Nature Scientific Data on the Cosmos 1.0 technology landscape map.

Next position after UTS: Elaine continues at Online Gravity, her IDP partner company.
